CC: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea

HPI: 62 y.o. white male with PMH of CVA 4mo ago, HTN, and DM2 presents to ED with complaints of nausea, vomiting, diarrhea for 4 days.

He has been unable to keep any food or drink down during this time. He also endorses that Diarrhea has been non-bloody, increasing in wateriness and causing abdominal pain. Vomitus has been non-bloody.

He denies eating anything unusual or suspicious in the previous week. Claims that he goes through spells of constipation for 3 to 4 days, followed by diarrhea for 3-5 days for the last month. Says he has not urinated well in several days. Denies chest pain, shortness of breath.
